Every Pawtrait keepsake is personalized and made to order, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or buyer's remorse.

That said, your happiness is guaranteed. Before we make anything, we email you a free proof and won't go into production until you're happy with it.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the proof you approved, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll remake or refund it — no hassle. That's our 30-day money-back happiness guarantee.
