Every Pawtrait keepsake is made to order in the USA.

Processing time: 3–5 business days. For engraved pieces, we email you a free proof and don't start production until you approve it.

Shipping time (United States): 3–5 business days with tracking once your order ships.

All U.S. orders ship free — no minimums.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us through the store and we'll make it right.
